Our "Premium Grade" core doors, our most expensive and highest quality, have a Joubert Aludoor LVL core. Joubert Aludoor is a combination of Okoume and aluminum sheets. It is a technical panel specially designed for making doors. It is very resistant, does not bend, does not distort and is an excellent choice for exterior doors. These custom solid core doors start at $3,000/€3,000 per door leaf.

Our "Custom Grade" core has a very strong LVL internal structure and a stiff polypropylene honeycomb core and LVL plywood sandwich. This core has a high strength-to-weight ratio, is sound and vibration dampening, and resistant to corrosion, fungi, rot, and moisture. These custom solid core doors start at $1,500/€1,500 per door leaf.

Our "Structural Engineered Grade" core doors have a strong, stable triple-core cross-laminated engineered block board core which is constructed with a 3-ply of cross-banded timber (CLT), overlaid by wood veneer or thin HDF. These custom solid core doors start at $1,000/€1,000 per door leaf.

Our "Specialty Grade" doors have a very strong and stable Magnesium Oxide (MgO) core. These doors offer fire resistance and are an excellent choice for mechanical rooms and garages. These doors start at $2,000/€2,000 per door leaf.
